1. Agreement to These Terms

• Manipulate, alter, intercept, or falsify prices, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, coupons, product availability, order totals, payment status, order status, currency conversions, website requests, cookies, sessions, or checkout data.
• Use expired, unauthorized, stolen, leaked, guessed, duplicated, altered, automated, or improperly obtained coupon codes, credits, gift cards, payment methods, accounts, or promotional offers.
• Attempt to obtain a product, refund, replacement, discount, service, shipping benefit, warranty remedy, or other benefit without valid authorization or payment.
• Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or repetitive claims relating to orders, returns, chargebacks, refunds, delivery, warranty, identity, payment, or customer support.
• Use another person’s account, payment method, identity, address, personal information, or order details without their authorization.
• Use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, data-mining tools, automated checkout tools, or other automated means to access, monitor, copy, extract, interfere with, or transact through the Services without our prior written permission.
• Probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, exploit, overload, disrupt, transmit malware to, or interfere with the security, operation, performance, or availability of the Services.
• Upload, send, publish, or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate ASTRION BRAVEN, an employee, a customer, a carrier, a payment provider, or another person or organization.
• Use the Services for resale, commercial exploitation, or unauthorized distribution of our products, content, branding, or services without our prior written consent.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, third-party right, or these Terms.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or cancel orders, accounts, access, promotions, refunds, or other Services where we reasonably believe that fraud, abuse, security risk, or a violation of these Terms has occurred. We may also report suspected unlawful activity to payment providers, carriers, insurers, law-enforcement authorities, regulators, or other appropriate parties.

5. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You may not create multiple accounts for abusive, fraudulent, promotional, or other improper purposes. You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or allow unauthorized use of your account.

We may refuse account registration, require additional verification, suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where permitted by law and where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our customers, business, systems, or legal rights.

We are not required to honor an order affected by an obvious and material pricing, promotion, technical, or display error where applicable law permits cancellation.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, license, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services or our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

12. Feedback and User Submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, reviews, suggestions, photographs, messages, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You retain ownership of your original content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASTRION BRAVEN and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of a third-party right, fraud, or misuse of the website, checkout, payment, account, or customer-support systems.

This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Israel. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim, making a complaint, or relying on consumer rights in a forum where you have a non-waivable legal right to do so.

By using the Services or providing your email address, you agree that we may send you transactional and service-related communications electronically, including order confirmations, delivery updates, security notices, policy updates, and customer-support messages.
